We divided the tips into practical exercises, alternating between pairs, independent or in groups, the participants could learn and exercise on the spot, having the photographer’s evaluation afterwards, thus adding even more knowledge.
Switzerland’s most charming Christmas market?
The Wienachtsdorf (Christmas village, in the Swiss dialect) in front of the Opera House, for me the most enchanting in all of Switzerland, is now 7 years old and has 120 little wooden houses, a carousel, a children’s village (next to the Opera building) with a variety of activities, chalets, and even an indoor music venue until 11 pm – not to mention the various points with bonfires scattered around the square, to warm you up on days like the one we had this week, where the temperature reached -7°C – you can get the firewood directly on site.
New experiences in 2023
I also take this opportunity to tell you about the growing Destination Switzerland agenda for 2023, with three experiences already confirmed. I will tell you here about two of them in January, so that we can enjoy the winter in the Alps. We’re going to have fun in Klosters, with an experience on skis (Saturday, 21.1.23) and also with snowshoes (Saturday, 28.1.23). All of them are accompanied by a guide and an instructor who speaks Portuguese. The third experience will be in Zurich and will take you for a dive, where you don’t need to get wet, but I will tell you about it soon.
A big hug and see you soon, Luci
PS: Day trips to the mountains of Graubünden are the reason why a half-fare travel card is worthwhile for both guests from abroad and people living here: for CHF 120, you can travel all over Switzerland on the public transport network at half price for a whole year. This is already worthwhile for about three longer trips of more than an hour round trip, for example, for one trip each from Zurich to Geneva, Klosters and Ticino.
