Having only a few hours in the city of Zurich doesn’t mean that you can’t enjoy yourself or make the most of the time available, without rushing around, but without missing out on places that are important to you. On this tour you can combine two areas of Zurich, visit an exhibition and/or make a strategic stop and have a coffee/hot chocolate.
Zurich: Switzerland’s largest city offers a cozy historic center and international shopping within walking distance
Zurich is known as a financial metropolis, famous for the Bahnhofstrasse shopping street between the main train station and the lake, and has a high density of international hotels and restaurants. At the same time, however, the metropolis is home to one of the country’s largest historic centers, with more than a hundred fountains, historic buildings and small alleys, situated directly on the lake and divided by a river over which about half a dozen bridges pass, offering countless photo opportunities.
Unique: combined tour on foot and by streetcar, boat and cable car
Our half-day tour offers enough time to get to know different aspects of the city. And since there is a maximum distance of 300 meters between two public transport stations throughout the city, we use the various means of transport that take local people to work and shopping in a clean and punctual way, to connect the various sights as needed.
